Our 6 x 4” (152 x 102mm) direct thermal labels are ideal as shipping labels for quick, hassle-free dispatch. They print using direct thermal technology, so there’s no ribbon or ink to buy or replace.
Each roll contains approximately 470–500 labels (the exact count can vary slightly between rolls due to manufacturing tolerance), and they’re designed to suit printers that take a 25mm core, making them a great fit for the most commonly used label printers. The permanent adhesive gives you a strong hold on most everyday packaging surfaces like cartons, mailers, and poly bags.
Royal Mail compatible and Zebra compatible, so they’re a solid choice for e-commerce, fulfilment, warehouses, and courier dispatch where you need labels to stay put and scan reliably.
