Artwork Setup

A one-time setup fee of £10 applies for all new artwork. Once your artwork is set up under your account, you can reuse it for future orders at no extra charge.

How Long Does it Take?

We’ll provide a visual proof shortly after your order is placed. Once you approve it, production typically requires 7–10 working days. Upon completion, we’ll dispatch your personalised garments the same day via our Premium (Next Working Day) Delivery service.

How to Add Embroidery

1. Add all your desired garments to the basket.
2. In the basket, click “Add Your Logo” and select “Embroidery.”
3. Choose your previously saved artwork (if applicable) or upload new artwork to be embroidered.
